5 Year Warranty

Your OUMOS luggage is automatically covered with a 5-year warranty upon purchase. All of the parts on the luggage is specifically designed so they can be removed and replaced if necessary.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage and the date of purchase. Furthermore, this will attest that your purchase was made at an authorized ALMAS retailer, as our Limited Warranty only bears upon products that were purchased from an authorized OUMOS store or dealer.
