OUMOS 5 YEAR WARRANTY
We offer 5-year warranty, from the data of original purchase. Should a problem occur with your luggage as a result of any manufacturing defects related to materials, parts and workmanship.
This warranty shall not apply under some circumstances, including:
Wear and tear – such as scratches or dents – happening in the course of normal handling during your travel; Damage resulting from abuse, misuse – such as being exposed to extreme temperatures, acid, solvents, inappropriate solvents, excessive sun exposure – mishandling, or carelessness caused by an airline or other common carrier.
Product parts included in this warranty: wheels, pull rod, locks, handle, and water-proof bar, only product cost needed to have the replacement in warranty; parts not included in this warranty: luggage case, aluminum frame, hanger, partition, shoulder strap and other accessories.
